What we actually do across a show build

Every display runs through the same working stages, whether it is a thirty-drone vineyard wedding or a three-hundred-aircraft stadium sequence. These are the parts of the job we take on, and the parts where crews usually get stuck.

Your Drone Show workshop

Fleet choreography in Skybrush

Blockout in Blender, then timing offsets, waypoint spacing and hold frames in Skybrush. We build the sequence so it survives a narrow launch corridor and a guest marquee sitting under the flight path.

CAA Part 101 and geofencing

Airspace applications, venue safety officer packs and the extra clauses a stadium or harbour front will ask for. We map the display volume before anyone touches a launch case.

RF channel planning

Pre-show spectrum scans, channel selection and ground-station placement relative to the crowd. A clean 06:00 rehearsal tells you very little about a 20:00 show with thousands of phones on site.

Battery rotation schedules

Charge cycles, swap windows and spares counts planned around the actual show length, not the rehearsal. Nobody wants to ground half a fleet between two acts.

Scoping corporate and festival slots

Different briefs, different constraints. A brand activation has a fixed reveal moment; a festival slot has to fit around a running order and a crowd that is already moving.

Post-show teardown notes

Firmware quirks, prop wash on coastal nights and the settings we no longer trust. Written up after the gig, while the details are still annoying enough to remember.

Every workshop runs on your own hardware and your own site data where possible. Pick the format that fits the size of the crew, the aircraft count and how close the next paid show is.

First Paid Show

Built for two- and three-person teams flying 20 to 50 aircraft. We work through a full Skybrush timeline from Blender blockout to export, then rehearse the launch corridor, the abort call and the battery swap that always lands at the worst moment.

Scaling up

Fleet Past 100 Units

For operators moving from a single case of drones to a stadium-scale fleet. The focus shifts to logistics: battery rotation schedules, charging capacity on site, crate packing order and the crew roles that keep a 300-aircraft show from stalling at the halfway mark.

Venue and Compliance Clinic

A half-day session at your venue or harbour front, working through the paperwork stack with your safety officer and municipality in the room. We map the display volume, note the public access points underneath it and flag the clauses clients try to push onto the operator.
