Reaching the crew between shows

Most support questions land in the week before a display, when a fleet is already packed and the paperwork is half-signed. If your question is about a specific gig, include the date, the site and the aircraft count so we can answer without a round of back-and-forth.

Which channel to use

Fleet and firmware

Skybrush exports, waypoint drift, battery rotation and ground-station settings. Email with your aircraft model and firmware version.

Permits and airspace

CAA Part 101 submissions, venue safety officers and municipal sign-off. Send the site coordinates and the intended display window.

Urgent on-site issues

Call. If a fleet is grounded and the show is inside 48 hours, the phone gets answered before the inbox does.

Reaching the right desk before show night

Most support requests land in one of three buckets: a fleet that misbehaved during rehearsal, paperwork that needs a second pair of eyes, or a question about how we run a show. Pick the route that matches your situation and you will get a faster, more useful answer than a general message.

Technical

Fleet and ground station issues

Skybrush exports that fail mid-timeline, drones drifting off waypoints, link quality dropping once the crowd arrives. Send the show file version, firmware build and a short clip of the anomaly if you have one.

Typical first reply within one working day.

Compliance

Part 101 and venue paperwork

Airspace applications, site risk assessments, insurer clauses, or a venue safety officer asking for documents you have not seen before. Tell us the site type and the date you are working towards.

Allow two to three working days for a detailed read.
