Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you use this site and our display planning material

This page sets out what Your Drone Show provides, what we expect from you, where our responsibility ends, and how these terms can change. It applies to the guides, checklists, teardown notes and any correspondence you send us through the site.

What this site covers

Your Drone Show publishes editorial material about drone light show planning, fleet choreography in Skybrush and Blender, CAA Part 101 compliance for South African airspace, RF planning and battery logistics. It is reference reading, not an operations manual for your specific site, aircraft or permit conditions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you apply anything you read here. That includes airspace approvals, geofencing, site surveys, crew competence, insurance and the airworthiness of your fleet. If a post describes a sequence or a channel plan, verify it against your own aircraft, firmware version and venue before you fly.

Limits of our liability

We write from field experience and we try to keep it accurate, but we cannot guarantee that a technique that worked on a vineyard or a stadium will work on your site. To the extent permitted by law, Your Drone Show is not liable for flight incidents, damaged equipment, cancelled events, regulatory penalties or lost revenue arising from use of this material.

Content and reuse

Text, checklists and sequence notes on this site belong to Your Drone Show unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link back to the original page. Republishing whole articles, reselling our checklists or feeding the content into training datasets requires written permission from us first.

Ending access

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, remove posts, or decline to answer correspondence if someone abuses the contact channels, scrapes the archive, or misrepresents our material as an official regulatory or safety approval. You can stop using the site at any time.

Changes and legal contact

These terms may be updated as our coverage grows or as CAA Part 101 guidance shifts. The revision date will change at the top of the page, and continued use of the site counts as acceptance. Legal questions can go to info@yourdroneshow.com or by post to 9728 Kelebogile Walk Suite 032, Gordonberg, LP 9688.

Cookie settings

We use cookies to keep the site reliable, remember basic choices, and understand which pages are useful. You can accept, reject, or review the settings before continuing.
