Support desk for drone show operators

Most questions that land here are not about the flying. They are about paperwork, timing, or a fleet that behaved differently on site than it did in rehearsal. Pick the route that matches what you are stuck on, and check the response window before you send anything urgent.

Written questions and documents

Best for Part 101 submissions, site surveys, and anything with an attachment. Send the venue address, fleet size, and your show date so the reply does not start with three questions.

Get the teardown notes before your next show

Most of what goes wrong on a drone display is not the flying. It is the paperwork filed late, the channel chosen without a scan, or a battery rotation that looked fine on the spreadsheet. We write those parts down after every gig, including the ones we would rather forget.

Leave your email and you will get new posts as they go up: Skybrush sequence breakdowns, CAA Part 101 checklists for South African sites, RF notes from crowded venues, and cost comparisons against pyro. No schedule, no filler. If a month passes without a real show behind it, nothing lands in your inbox.

Where to take your question next

Most of what lands in our inbox is either a planning question, a paperwork question, or a fleet question that needs a second pair of eyes. Below is how to reach the right person, when someone is actually at the desk, and what to have ready before you write.

Post and office

9728 Kelebogile Walk Suite 032
Gordonberg, LP 9688

Courier deliveries for demo units and spare props are signed for at the front desk during desk hours only.

Direct lines

Phone: 023-128-5679
Email: info@yourdroneshow.com

For show-night issues, call rather than email. If we are on site, the phone is with the ground station operator.

Desk hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
Saturday, 10:00 to 13:00

Outside those hours we are usually flying, travelling between venues, or charging batteries. Replies come the next working morning.

What to include in a first message

  • Fleet size you are working with, and whether it is owned or subcontracted.
  • Venue type and city, so we can flag the airspace and RF conditions early.
  • Where you are stuck: sequence timing, CAA Part 101 paperwork, battery rotation, or link dropouts.
  • Any firmware version and ground station build you are running.

Channels and response times

  • Email is best for planning, compliance and cost questions. Expect a reply within one working day.
  • Phone suits anything time-critical on the day of a show, including last-minute venue changes.
  • Written follow-ups after a call help us keep a record of what was agreed.
  • We do not run a live chat. Messages sent there are not monitored.
